Join Emilie in building your cardio and leg strength while having a lot of fun! Great for all fitness levels – all are welcome!

Please come prepared with workout clothing and shoes, as well as a water bottle and towel. If you would like an additional challenge, please feel free to bring some hand/ankle weights from home.
