Right to Cancel/Postpone Classes
RET Life reserves the right to cancel or postpone courses or specific class sessions due to unavailability of instructors, prior claim to facilities by a school, insufficient enrollment, inclement weather, statutory holidays or emergencies.
Refunds
Full refunds will be issued for courses cancelled by RET Life due to insufficient enrolment.
Refunds are also available, if you voluntarily withdraw from a class up to one week prior to its start, a $10 administration charge will be deducted from your refund – with the exception of 5th Class Power Engineering Exam Prep, which is a $400 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after the one week deadline will not be refunded. Refunds are not granted after a course begins or for a one-session class. Note: Non-attendance does not constitute notice of withdrawal.
