This first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) course provides the skills needed to recognize and respond to cardiovascular emergencies and choking for adults, children, and infants. This training also includes basic first aid training and the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED). This course is  Workplace Safety & Health approved and meets current CSA standards.

Please note: In order to receive certification, participants must be able to push the allotted two inches into the test mannequin and write a multiple-choice test with a passing mark of 70 per cent or better.

Please come prepared with a nut free lunch and water bottle!
