Full refunds are issued for classes cancelled due to insufficient enrolment.
If you voluntarily withdraw from a class up to one week prior to its start, a $10 administration charge will be deducted from your refund – with the exception of 5th Class Power Engineering Exam Prep, which is a $400 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after the one week deadline will not be refunded.
Please note – non-attendance does not constitute notice of withdrawal.
RETLife reserves the right to cancel or postpone classes or specific sessions due to unavailability of instructors, prior claim to facilities by a school, insufficient enrollment, inclement weather, statutory holidays, or emergencies. Reasonable efforts will be made to notify participants prior to the sessions affected and, when possible, to reschedule the class at a later date.
NOTE – compensation will not be provided to participants who are unable to attend a class that has been rescheduled.
GIFT Cards
RETLife Gift Cards are prepared and sent within three business days.
This card is issued by RETLife and is non-refundable once purchased. Use of this card constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions. This card is only redeemable at www.retlife.ca. This card may not be exchanged for cash and has no cash value. RETLife is not responsible for replacing the value of the Gift Card it if is lost, stolen, destroyed, damaged, or used without your knowledge or consent. Protect this Gift Card like cash.
In the event a class is cancelled a refund will be processed to only the applicable payment(s) used. (Gift card, credit card, and debit card)
RETLife Gift Cards do not expire and carry no fees. By sending a Gift Card you confirm that you have permission to send email to the recipient’s email address you provided above.
