Full refunds are issued for classes cancelled due to insufficient enrolment.
If you voluntarily withdraw from a class up to one week prior to its start, a $10 administration charge will be deducted from your refund. Cancellations received after the one week deadline will not be refunded.
Please note – non-attendance does not constitute notice of withdrawal.
RETLife reserves the right to cancel or postpone classes or specific sessions due to unavailability of instructors, prior claim to facilities by a school, insufficient enrollment, inclement weather, statutory holidays, or emergencies. Reasonable efforts will be made to notify participants prior to the sessions affected and, when possible, to reschedule the class at a later date.
NOTE – compensation will not be provided to participants who are unable to attend a class that has been rescheduled.
