Instructor: Master Paulo Villamor

Join Master Paulo Villamor (7th degree Black Belt and three time World Champion) as he teaches you the basic fundamentals of martial arts by incorporating hand and kicking techniques into a fun and exciting program. Please note – there is supervised physical contact for demonstration and to build skills during this program. This program will help to build your confidence and self-esteem, as well as increase your focus. The registration fee includes the optional test fee, for students who wish to be tested for their white belt.

Please wear comfortable gym clothing and be ready to exercise!
