Instructor: Master Paulo Villamor

Join Master Paulo Villamor (7th degree Black Belt and three time World Champion) as he continues teaching those who have completed Confidence Building Martial Arts Level 1 and wish to put their skills into practice. Please note – there is supervised physical contact for demonstration and to build skills during this program. This program will continue helping you to build your confidence and self-esteem, as well as increase your focus. The registration fee includes an optional test fee, for students who wish to be tested for their white belt/yellow stripe.

Please wear comfortable gym clothing and be ready to exercise!
