Come celebrate Filipino food Month as you work with Master Chef Jeremy Senaris to prepare a Dinner & Dessert for Two!

Jeremy will show you how to prepare Shrimp and Scallop Ginataan (shrimp and scallops in a Filipino style coconut curry), served with rice crisps, green onion & chilling oil. This main will be followed by Ube Choux au Craquelin, which is  a Choux pastry with a crispy sugar shell, filled with ube whipped cream and baked meringue. All learners will have the chance to learn some basic pastry and knife skills.

 All materials are included in the registration fee – price is per couple. Come prepared to work in a professional workstation.
