Come learn with Chef Don Pattie how to think about and address the challenges of gluten-free baking!

Through a combination of theory, demonstration, and hands on learning, you will learn how to bake a variety of delicious gluten-free products including a bread, cheese buns, and a couple of simple pastries which can be either free standing or made into an exotic dessert.

All materials are included!

Please note – the professional kitchen space provided is not a gluten free environment. Don Pattie is highly recommended by the Manitoba Chapter of the Canadian Celiac Association and has extensive experience and understanding of food safety. Every reasonable effort will be made to ensure participant safety.
