Instructor: Aliya Hofer

Participants will learn basic to intermediate skills and gymnastics fundamentals on floor exercises such as tumbling, jumps, and turns. Fun warm up and cool down games will work to improve both flexibility and fitness.

Come prepared dressed in comfortable gym clothing and bare feet (no loose fitting or baggy clothing) and don’t forget your water bottle!
