This 90 minute guided walking tour highlights the wild species of the Transcona Bioreserve, and illustrates how nature is healing this former industrial site. Find out how, after the industrial clean-up, FortWhyte Alive and others helped this site “green up”.

Please note – there is no washroom access on this tour. Please dress appropriately for the weather, including footwear. Come prepared with optional notebooks and cameras!

Registrants will meet at Thomas Copeland Park, located at 300 Larche Street in Transcona. Please be prompt!
